  • Continue to exercise on most days to maintain a health weight
  • Watch your diet and consume healthy foods. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables (5-13 servings per day = 2 cups fruit and 2 1/2 cups veggies)
  • Update immunizations
  • See a counselor to resolve emotional/relationship issues
